Rostraver Public Library is proud to announce that we are part of the newly installed WLN System of Westmoreland County.

This will offer many new opportunities during the coming months for the patrons.

Reserve Friday, October 10,2008 at 6:30 pm for the 3rd Annual Gala at the Willow Room, Rostraver Township.

Tickets are $150.00 each and include:

Assorted hors d'oeuvres

Full Dinner

Open Bar

Entertainment is Jimmey Beaumont and the Skyliners

Dancing to Frankie Day from KFB Radio

Silent Auction and a Chinese Raffle will be available  

We are a 501 (C) 3 organization and portion of the ticket is tax deductible.

 Another way to honor a loved one is with the purchase of a PAVER for our walkway.   The small ones are $100.00 each and the large ones are $150.00 each. You may print a form and send or bring it to the library along with the check.

Services Available

Residents of Rostraver Township and Sutersville are able to get their free PA ACCESS library card here. This enables them to use any Pennsylvania Public Library that belong to ACCESSPA .

To use your card from home in Power Library, type in the following:

PL3217& your four digit library card number ( on the back of your card). DO NOT leave any spaces.

Library Storytime

The library's storytime is open to children from ages 3 to 5 years old and includes a song, a story, and a craft. Classes are limited to 16 per session and you must register your child prior to the beginning of the program.

The group helps promote the library and sponsors fund raising events to support the library. They are always looking for new members to help. If you are interested in joining the FRIENDS, please call the library for more information.
