Mankey Jungle

Links for this card are the same as above.

Mankey
30 HP
Basic Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Peek: Once during your turn (before you attack), you may look at one of the following: the top card of either player's deck, a random card from your opponent's hand, or one of either player's Prizes. This power can't be used if Mankey is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Scratch 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: This one should sit on the Bench, because it gives you control of the cards you want to get or what your opponent might get. It is OK to start with it, but don't keep it the second turn, else it gets knocked out.

Mankey TR

Mankey
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Mischief
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Shuffle your opponent's deck.
Attack 2: Anger 20+
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 20 damage plus 20 more damage; if tails, this attack does 20 damage.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: A good starter, but even better if your opponent just used one of the Pokedexes. Mischief shuffles their decks, and that makes them crazy. Anger steps up next turn and does a max of 40 damage. Very formidable for a 40 HP Basic.

Mankey Aqua

Mankey
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Mug 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Attack 1 Special: Before doing damage, discard all Trainer cards attached to the Defending Pokemon.
Attack 2: Rage 10+
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on Mankey.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Construction Action Game: Map Addition: A jumping Sentret on the lower level and a raging Mankey on the higher level. Mankey can jump down to the lower level in a frenzy so move out of the way quickly.
Recommendation: This is a good card to have if your opponent has any type of trainer card attached to the Defending Pokemon. That way, there are no worries about retaliatory healing or damage. Rage can do a max of 40 damage, but I'd evolve before it ever got that far.

Brock's Mankey Lv. 12 GH

Home>Pokeprofile>Gym Heroes>Fighting

Brock's Mankey (Level 12)
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Fidget
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Shuffle your deck.
Attack 2: Karate Chop 40-
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Does 40 damage minus 10 damage for each damage counter on Brock's Mankey.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: Fidget isn't the best attack in the world, and neither is Karate Chop. The only way to avoid this is to power it up on the Bench. Keep some Healing Items along to keep his Karate Chop fully powered.

Brock's Mankey Lv. 10 GH

Links for this card are on the above card.

Brock's Mankey (Level 10)
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Taunt
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: If your opponent has any Benched Pokemon, choose 1 of them and switch it with the Defending Pokemon.
Attack 2: Light Kick 10
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: Taunt brings out a Pokemon without any Energies and Light Kick can slowly finish it off.

Blaine's Mankey GC

Home>Pokeprofile>Gym Challenge>Fighting

Blaine's Mankey
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Pranks
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, choose a card from your opponent's discard pile and put it on top of his or her deck.
Attack 2: Fury Swipes 10x
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Attack 2 Special: Flip 3 coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: Here's a tip, NEVER use Pranks. There is only one exception. If your opponent used one of the Pokedexes, use it to keep him or her from getting to that first card. This is a good starter just the same. Fury Swipes can do a max of 30 with only 1 Energy. If you are looking to evolve it, don't bother. There is no Blaine's Primape.

Primeape Jungle

Home>Pokeprofile>Jungle>Fighting

Primeape
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Fury Swipes 20x
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting
Attack 1 Special: Flip 3 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads. Attack 2: Tantrum 50
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If tails, Primeape is now Confused (after doing damage).
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Primeape is a lot better than Mankey, because it can do 60 max with its first attack. Then, when Tantrum is powered up, it can do a constant 50. Have a Full Heal just in case he gets Confused.

Dark Primeape TR

Home>Pokeprofile>Team Rocket>Fighting

Dark Primape
60 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Frensy: If Dark Primape does any damage while it is Confused (even to itself), it does 30 more damage.
Attack 1: Frenzied Attack 40
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting
Attack 1 Special: Dark Primape is now Confused (after doing damage).
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: If you used Anger as Mankey, you shouldn't have a problem with Frenzied Attack. 40 damage is good, but using it a second time without a Full Heal is risky. Confusion to itself plus the power only leaves 10 HP left for the opponent to take away. This almost assures a Knockout. Then again, if it works, it is almost assured a Knockout to the Defending Pokemon.

Brock's Primeape GC

Home>Pokeprofile>Gym Challenge>Fighting

Brock's Primeape
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Scram: If Brock's Primeape ever has exactly 10 HP left, shuffle it and all cards attached to it into your deck. This power stops working while Brock's Primeape is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Mega Thrash 60
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Fighting
Attack 1 Special: Brock's Primeape does 20 damage to itself. If there is a Stadium card in play, discard it.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Power Brock's Mankey on the Bench, so you can use Mega Thrash right away. The Scram power is tough for your opponent to counter, because he or she would have to go for a quick KO so it won't work. Mega Thrash may at some point help you use the power while doing 60 damage to the Defending Pokemon.
