Kabuto
30 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Kabuto Armor: Whenever an attack (even your own) does damage to Kabuto (after applying Weakness and Resistance), that attack only does half the damage to Kabuto (rounded down to the nearest 10). (Any other effects of attacks still happen.) This power stops working while Kabuto is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Scratch 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Fossil Egg can make this a Basic Pokemon card. Kabuto Armor is a great Power if you are battling Basics, because you round down. As that works, you slowly whittle away your opponent's health. You may think about putting a PlusPower on him to go a little faster.

Kabuto
50 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Revive Friends: Once during your trun (before you attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a card named Kabuto and put it on your Bench. Shuffle your deck afterward. Treat the new Kabuto as a Basic Pokemon. This power can't be used if Kabuto is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed (or if your Bench is full).
Attack 1: Work Together 10+
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, and Kabutops on your Bench.
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This is a great card to have, especially if you have a mostly Omanyte/Kabuto deck. The power brings fossilized Pokemon to the Bench without evolving them, but only one at a time. Use a Fossil Egg to get more out, then Work Together brings a max damage of 60 to the Defending Pokemon. Using this attack at full power will destroy many fully evolved Pokemon.

Kabuto
50 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Poke-Body: Thick Shell: All damage done by attacks to Kabuto from Evolved Pokemon is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
Attack 1: Scratch 30
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This has to be one of the strongest Scratch attacks I've ever seen. Thick Shell will keep Kabuto alive long enough to do a lot of damage.

Kabutops ND

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Discovery>Water

Kabutops
90 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon
Attack 1: Slash 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 2: Hydrocutter 40x
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Attack 2 Special: Flip a number of coins equal to the number of Energy cards attached to Kabutops. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads. You can't flip more than 3 coins in this way.
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: If you used the Discovery Kabuto, then you won't need Slash. Hydrocutter can do a max of 120 damage. That can KO a Charizard with 2 flips. This is one of the best fighters in the Discovery series. All it needs is one extra Energy to use Hydrocutter at full power.

Kabutops E-70 and E-74 Sky

Home>Pokeprofile>SkyRidge>Fighting

Kabutops E-70
90 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Poke-Body: Primal Aura: As long as Kabutops is your Active Pokemon, neither player can play Basic Pokemon or Evolution cards from his or her hand to evolve Benched Pokemon.
Attack 1: Dual Cut 50x
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip 2 coins. This attack does 50 damage times the number of heads.
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: I hope you have a lot of Basic Battlers, because you won't be able to evolve any more once this card is out. Then again, neither will your opponent. Dual Cut can do a max of 100 damage, which is so powerful, that it can take out nearly any Pokemon, especially if they can't evolve.

Kabutops E-74
90 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Poke-Body: Crystal Type: Whenever you attach a Water, Electric, or Fighting basic Energy card from your hand to Kabutops, Kabutops's type (color) becomes the same as that type of Energy until the end of the turn.
Attack 1: Draining Cut 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Water, 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Remove a damage counter from Kabutops.
Attack 2: Triple Cutter 30x
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Electric, 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip 3 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.
Weakness: Grass
Retreat Cost: 3
Recommendation: Draining Cut is a rather weak attack, even with the damage removal, but Triple Cutter can do a max of 90 damage in one shot, which can KO many, many Pokemon.
