Larvitar ND

Links for this card are the same as above.

Larvitar
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Bite 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Weakness: Grass
Resistance: Electric
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This is a simple little card. Bite does nothing special, just a little 10 damage. The 40 HP doesn't do so well in a long battle. Keep this one on the Bench until you are ready to evolve it.

Larvitar
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Leer
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon can't attack during your opponent's next turn. (Benching or evolving either Pokemon ends this effect.)
Attack 2: Rock Throw 20
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Weakness: Grass
Resistance: Electric
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This reminds me of another card, but I can't remember which one. Anyway, Leer can stall until Rock Throw is ready to do 20 damage. Since his HP is so small, better evolve it quickly.

Larvitar NE

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Expedition>Fighting

Larvitar
50 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Bite 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Attack 2: Mud Slap 20
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting, 1 Colorless
Weakness: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Clefairy's Music Box: Percussion Ensemble Sound.
Recommendation: This is an OK starter, but not for big battles. Bite and Mud Slap do 30 damage in two turns, and that is OK, but in all the other cards and the video game, Mud Slap lowers accuracy, why not now?

Larvitar Aqua

Home>Pokeprofile>Aquapolis>Fighting

Larvitar
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Mountain Eater
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Your opponent discards the top card from his or her deck. Then you remove a damage counter from Larvitar.
Attack 2: Rising Lunge 10+
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage.
Weakness: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Part 3 of 5 for a Tyranitar mini-game.
Recommendation: Has your opponent ever used one of the Pokedexes to get the card he or she wanted to the top of the deck? Well, here's the card that can stop it. Mountain Eater not only takes a damage counter off of Larvitar, but discards the top card your opponent has on his or her deck. Rising Lunge isn't very powerful and the HP is low so evolve it quickly.

Pupitar ND

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Discovery>Fighting

Pupitar
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Skull Bash 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
Attack 2: Dust Devil
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting
Attack 2 Special: Does 10 damage to each non-Fighting Pokemon in play. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.
Weakness: Grass
Resistance: Electric
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This is much better than Larvitar. Use Skull Bash against the Defending Pokemon if it is Fighting, but if most of the Pokemon on your opponent's side aren't Fighting, use the Bench Destroying Dust Devil.

Pupitar NE

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Expedition>Fighting

Pupitar
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Headbutt 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Fighting
Weakness: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: It's annoying to have a simple attack on a Basic Pokemon, but it is infuriating to have it on an evolved one. All this card does is buy time until its final evolution enters the room. Make sure to have it powered up for that. I wouldn't want to have an Energy dry Tyranitar out as an Active Pokemon.

Pupitar Aqua

Home>Pokeprofile>Aquapolis>Fighting

Pupitar
80 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Thrash 30+
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage plus 10 more damage. If tails, Pupitar does 10 damage to itself.
Weakness: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Part 2 of 5 for a Tyranitar mini-game.
Recommendation: This is an OK card to have. It should do more than a max of 40 damage for 3 Energy cards, but at least you can determine what types of Energy cards to have on it, like Darkness so you can evolve. Just evolve before he is KO'd by the Darkness Energy or his own attack.

Dark Pupitar NDes

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Destiny>Fighting

Dark Pupitar
60 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Rock Tackle 40
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Fighting
Attack 1 Special: Dark Pupitar does 10 damage to itself. Dark Pupitar can't use this attack during your next turn.
Attack 2: Explosive Evolution
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 3 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokemon. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance. Then, search your deck for an Evolution card named Dark Tyranitar and put it on Dark Pupitar. (This counts as evolving Dark Pupitar.) Shuffle your deck afterward.
Weakness: Grass
Resistance: Electric
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This is a nice card. Instantly you can do 40 damage, and then do 10 more the next turn with Explosive Evolution. Actually, it would do 20 if you added a Darkness Energy to use it, which I would use for the evolution later on. If you don't want to evolve right away, use a Rocket's Hideout to hike up its HP.

Tyranitar ND

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Discovery>Darkness

Tyranitar
100 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon
Attack 1: Slam 30x
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip 2 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads.
Attack 2: Trample 50
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Darkness, 2 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: For each Benched Pokemon in play (yours and your opponent's), flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage to that Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
Resistance: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 3
Recommendation: Enter the dragon! This is a supreme power card. Attach a Darkness Energy the turn you evolve it, and Slam can do a max of 60 damage, but it isn't constant. Trample can do a max of 70 to the Defending Pokemon, which can wipe out almost anyone. The kicker is the Bench Destroying part; it can take out all six Pokemon of your opponent's while it is out. The problem is that it can take out your Bench too, use Transparent Walls to avoid doing the damage to your Bench and concentrate on theirs.

Tyranitar Aqua

Home>Pokeprofile>Aquapolis>Darkness

Tyranitar
120 HP
Stage 2 Pokemon
Attack 1: Destructive Roar
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Darkness
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, discard 1 Energy card attached to 1 of your opponent's Pokemon.
Attack 2: Tail Slap 30
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Darkness, 2 Colorless
Attack 3: Gigacrush 60
Attack 3 Energy Cost: 2 Darkness, 3 Colorless
Attack 3 Special: Each player discards the top 3 cards from his or her deck.
Weakness: Fighting
Resistance: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 3
E-Reader: Part 1 of 5 for a Tyranitar mini-game.
Recommendation: This is the third card to have 3 attacks. It is very powerful, but not as powerful as the original. Destructive Roar can slow the Defending Pokemon down by discarding an Energy on it. Tail Slap can do 40 damage if that's a real Darkness Energy on it. And Gigacrush does 80 damage if they are real Darkness Energy cards. Make sure to have a card to get those cards back from your discard pile.
