Pineco
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Burst 40
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, Pineco does 40 damage to itself and 10 damage to each Pokemon on each player's Bench. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.) Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing (not even damage).
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: This card has a typo. Ignore the 2nd "Flip a coin". It was just added by accident. This is a sacrifice Destroyer. It does damage to the Bench and can KO a Basic Pokemon in the process. The problem is, that you KO Pineco and do damage to your Bench. Use Transparent Walls to avoid that damage to the Bench.

Pineco
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Tackle 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: Slow and boring. This card is too simple and weak, so evolve it ASAP.

Pineco E-07
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Surprise Attack 20
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: I wish this card had a backup attack. Sure Surprise can do 20 damage in the first turn, but you have to flip correctly to get it. The 40 HP leaves it open to a KO while getting Surprise Attack to work. Leave this card at home.
Links for this card are the same as the above card.
Pineco E-08
50 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Double-edge 30
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Pineco does 10 damage to itself.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This Pineco is better than the last one. Double-edge can do a strong 30 damage, but it does do 10 damage to itself. The 50 HP should let it absorb that damage slightly, but you still need to evolve it.
Forretress ND

Forretress
80 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Spikes: During your opponent's turn, whenever 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon becomes his or her Active Pokemon, Forretress does 10 damage to it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.) This power stops working if Forretress is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Rapid Spin 30
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Steel, 2 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: If your opponent has any Benched Pokemon, he or she chooses 1 of them and switches it with his or her Active Pokemon, then, if you have any Benched Pokemon, you switch 1 of them with your Active Pokemon. (Do the damage before switching the Pokemon.)
Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Grass
Retreat Cost: 3
Recommendation: Spikes does damage to any Pokemon that switches from the Bench on your opponent's turn. That includes Trainer cards and Pokemon Powers. Rapid Spin does 30 damage and switches the 2 Active Pokemon. To use it best, switch with a Pokemon that has Rapid Spin or no Retreat Cost. The Metal Energy defends against any attacks, which keeps it alive.
Forretress E-09 and E-72 Sky
Home>Pokeprofile>SkyRidge>Grass
Forretress E-09
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Pokemon Power: Poke-Body: Exoskeleton: All damage done by attacks to Forretress is reduced by 10 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).
Attack 1: Shell Rupture
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: This attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
Attack 2: Double Spin 40x
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 2 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip 2 coins. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: This is a surprising Forretress actually. Exoskeleton can help Forretress last longer than normal with the slightly low HP. Shell Rupture is a Bench Destroyer, and when used multiple times can end the game quickly. Double Spin is your main attack that can do a max of 80 damage to the Defending Pokemon that can do much damage through Exoskeleton.

Forretress E-72
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Spinning Blow 20x
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Flip 2 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads. If both coins are heads, switch Forretress with 1 of your Benched Pokemon.
Attack 2: Scatterbomb 40
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Steel, 2 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip 2 coins. For each heads, do 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. For each tails, do 10 damage to each of your own Benched Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Grass
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: Spinning Blow is a clever attack. It can do a max of 40 damage and when it does do that, you can switch to another Pokemon, I'd recommend Skarmory. Scatterbomb does 40 damage to the Defending Pokemon and it can be a Bench Destroyer and a Bench Devestator. It is very strong and can do up to 20 damage to each Benched Pokemon on your opponent's or your side.

Dark Forretress
60 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Armor Up
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Until the end of your next turn, if Dark Forretress would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, flip a coin. If heads, Dark Forretress is not Knocked Out and its remaining HP becomes 10 instead.
Attack 2: Explosion 60
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Grass
Attack 2 Special: Dark Forretress does 60 damage to itself.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: This card is great! First off, play a Rocket's Hideout and use Explosion. Next turn heal up and use Armor Up. Third turn, use Explosion again. If you're lucky, you'll be able to use that Armor Up Explosion combination one more time.
