Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This is a stall card that should be kept on the Bench for a while. When Psybeam is ready, use it until the Defending Pokemon is Confused. Then, use Agility to keep it from taking damage. During this time, you can power your Bench.

Recommendation: This has the same exact Energy cost of the Genesis Girafarig, interesting. This Basic Battler should stay on the Bench until it is ready. The constant Psychic should do better than Tail Bite, and if you need a quick 30 damage that Psychic can't give you, hope Tail Bite can do it for you.

Attack 2 Special: If Girafarig and the Defending Pokemon don't have the same number of Energy cards attached to them, this attack's base damage is 10 instead of 40.

Recommendation: This is a nice Basic Battler, but it is hard to get the number of Energy cards matched to do Syncroblast's 40 damage. Energy Patch could save an Energy on Girafarig when it is about to be KO'd.
