Sunkern NG

Links for this card are the same as above.

Sunkern
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Growth
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, you may attach up to 2 Grass Energy cards from your hand to Sunkern.
Attack 2: Mega Drain 30
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 3 Grass
Attack 2 Special: Remove a number of damage counters from Sunkern equal to half the damage done to the Defending Pokemon (after applying Weakness and Resistance) (rounded up to the nearest 10). If Sunkern has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: Since this card doesn't last long, Growth would be the best choice if it is a starter. But try to avoid that and power it up on the Bench. The evolution doesn't need any more Energy, so feel free to power the rest up.

Sunkern
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Rollout 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 2: Sunbathe
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 2 Grass
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, remove all damage counters from Sunkern. Search your deck for a card that evolves from Sunkern and attach it to Sunkern. This counts as evolving Sunkern. Shuffle your deck afterward.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 2
Recommendation: This is an OK card. Rollout will do 10 damage, and the next turn, you can get a fresh start with Sunbathe. Hope it works and go to Genesis Sunflora. If you want to evolve into Light Sunflora, that's good too, but I'd still get more power with the Genesis version.

Sunkern
40 HP
Basic Pokemon
Attack 1: Rollout 10
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Colorless
Attack 2: Blot 10
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Grass
Attack 2 Special: If there are any damage counters on Sunkern, remove 1 of them.
Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Clefairy's Melody Box: Pattern Change: Rising Sunkern.
Recommendation: This is a rather standard Pokemon. Rollout does the usual 10 damage, but Blot does 10 and can remove a damage counter, which can stall against Basic Pokemon for a while. Unfortunately, that doesn't last very long, so evolve it as fast as you can.

Sunflora NG

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Genesis>Grass

Sunflora
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Petal Dance 30x
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Grass
Attack 1 Special: Flip 3 coins. This attack does 30 damage times the number of heads. Sunflora is now Confused (after doing damage).
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Evolving Sunkern is worth it because Petal Dance can do 90 max damage. If you plan on using it though, have a Miracle Berry or a Full Heal around to take off the Confusion.

Sunflora Sky

Home>Pokeprofile>SkyRidge>Grass

Sunflora
70 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Energy Plant
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 1 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Search your deck for a basic Energy card and attach it to 1 of your Pokemon. Shuffle your deck afterward.
Attack 2: Trip Over 30+
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 2 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 30 damage plus 30 more damage.
Weakness: Fire
Resistance: Water
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Part 4 of 4 for a Hoothoot mini game.
Recommendation: Something tells me they want you to use Energy Plant on Sunflora. It makes sense, because then, you can use the Energy in your hand to power your Bench. Trip Over can do a max of 60 damage, but it doesn't have that much of an effect to it. I'd give it a chance for a while, but if you don't like it, use a different Sunflora in your deck instead.

Light Sunflora NDes

Home>Pokeprofile>Neo Destiny>Grass

Light Sunflora
80 HP
Stage 1 Pokemon
Attack 1: Reflected Sunlight
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 2 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: Attach up to 2 Grass Energy cards from your hand to 1 of your Grass Pokemon.
Attack 2: Solarbeam 40
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 3 Grass
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: When you evolve from Destiny Sunkern, you don't really need Reflected Sunlight, because all you need to do is attach another Energy card to use Solarbeam. It makes a good power upper, though. While it does this, the 80 HP will help it withstand for a while, and attack with Solarbeam.
