Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin for each Energy card attached to the Defending Pokemon. This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each heads. Remove a number of damage counters from Celebi equal to the damage done to the Defending Pokemon (after applying Weakness and Resistance). If Celebi has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: The timetravel Pokemon reveals itself to the world. If you want, you can start with this Pokemon, but it is better off later in the game. Psychic Leaf automatically does 10 damage, but it can do an unlimited amount more. Since it removes damage counters every time, it's like you have a fresh Pokemon out.

Pokemon Power: Time Travel: If an opponent's attack would Knock Out Celebi, flip a coin. If heads, Celebi isn't Knocked Out and you shuffle it and all cards attached to it into your deck. This power doesn't work if Celebi is already Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Psychic Damage
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Psychic
Attack 1 Special: Flip 3 coins. For each heads, put 1 damage counter on the Defending Pokemon.
Weakness: Psychic
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: This rare Pokemon is very valuable as a stall card. It can do a max of 30 damage at one time, and when it is about to be KO'd, it can go back into the deck to be used over again. Just be sure that you have Benched Pokemon before that happens or else you will lose the game.

Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 1 Water
Attack 1 Special: Remove 2 damage counters from Celebi and each Pokemon that's the same type (color) as Celebi.
Attack 2: Mind Bend 20
Attack 2 Energy Cost: 1 Grass, 1 Psychic, 1 Colorless
Attack 2 Special: Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Confused.
Weakness: Fire
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Empathic Healing can do wonders for a Bench that was just hit by a Bench Destroyer. Attach an Energy to Celebi to create the type you need to be healed most. Mind Bend is a rather weak attack, but the Confusion should hold off your opponent for a while.
