Pokemon Power: Lighting Burst: Whenever you attach a Electric Energy card from your hand to Raikou, if your opponent has any Benched Pokemon, he or she chooses 1 of them and switches it with the Defending Pokemon. This power stops working while Raikou is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
Attack 1: Lightning Tackle 50
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Electric
Attack 1 Special: Flip a coin. If tails, Raikou does 20 damage to itself.
Weakness: Fighting
Retreat Cost: 1
Recommendation: Power this one on the Bench. Lightning Burst puts a new twist on things, because it switches for every Electric Energy, which is 3. Lighting Tackle does 50 damage, but it can do 20 damage to itself. To rectify this, use a Gold Berry.

Pokemon Power: Legendary Body: As long as Raikou is your Active Pokemon, Raikou and Energy cards attached to it aren't affected by effects from Trainer cards other than Stadium cards. As long as this Power is active, discard any Trainer cards attached to Raikou. (This power works even if Raikou is Asleep, Confused or Paralyzed.)
Attack 1: Lightning Spark 30
Attack 1 Energy Cost: 3 Electric
Attack 1 Special: If your opponent has any Benched Pokemon, flip a coin. If heads, choose 1 of them and this attack does 20 damage to it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)
Weakness: Fighting
Retreat Cost: 0
Recommendation: This card should be powered on the Bench. Lighting Spark will do 30 damage and Bench Destroy for 20. The problem is the Pokemon Power, since it isn't affected by Trainer cards, you have to switch before you can heal it. This is its weakness.

Attack 1 Energy Cost: 1 Electric, 2 Colorless
Attack 1 Special: You may flip a coin. If heads, discard all Electric Energy cards attached to Raikou. This attack does 40 damage plus 20 more damage for each Energy card discarded in this way.
Weakness: Fighting
Retreat Cost: 1
E-Reader: Construction Action Game: Level Addition: 2 levels. Upper level has 2 Raticates and a Pokeball upgrade. Raikou is on the bottom level.
Recommendation: This Basic Battler is tough to use. Lightning Sphere may take a while to power up, and the only way to get enough Electric Energy is with Electrode's Secret Special Power.
