"I Richard Cowley of Knockbane in the parish of German make this my
last
will and testsment in manner as followeth:
I commit my soul to God and my body to Christian burial.
I leave and bequeath to my son Richard John Cowley the sum of one pound
as legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my son John Cowley the sum of one pound as
legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my son William Edward Cowley his heirs and
assigns all and singular a moriety of a parcel or plot of land belong
to
me knowen and comonly called Bailby ny Media or baldog being part of
the quarterlands of Corvalla and Ballakaighin in the parish of Germaan
and
also the sum one hundred and ten pounds as legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth wife of Walter Cain the
sum of one hundred and ten pounds legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Ann wife of Hugh Kaighin the sum
of
one hundred and ten pounds legacy.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Eleanor Margaret Cowley the
sum of two hundred and sixty pounds as legacy.

comes to age as legacy.
The above legacies left by me is not to bear interest nor payable until
the end of two years after my death.
Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth
Cowley whole and soel executrix of this my last will and testament
leaving to her all the rest and residue of my goods rights credits
chattles and effects moveable and imovable of what kind or nature
soever. In testimoney whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this

WATSON - At the home of her mother Mrs. George June,
a few miles west of the city, Tuesday morning, Anna L. Watson in her thirty-first
year.
The deceased was born in Michigan,
but when a few years old removed with her parents to Cleveland, where she
resided until four years ago, at which time she went to Montreal, Canada,
to reside. For several months she has been here with friends and her mother
and about a week ago was taken seriously ill which resulted in her death
Tuesday morning.
Miss Watson early in life united with
the M. E. church, but lately while in Montreal became a member of the Presbyterian
church and there was engaged in special missionary work. She was a bright,
intelligent young lady and active Christian worker and the many friends,
deeply sympathize with the bereaved mother and family.
Funeral services were held at residence
of George June, Wednesday morning, Rev. J. M. Mills officiating and Rev.
C. E. Barnes assisting. Remains were yesterday noon taken to Cleveland
