The court upon intelligence thereof hath decreed his 3 children namely

and immoveable whatsoever whereupon John and Behee aforesaid with Philip
Sayle husband of Joney are sworn for payment
of the intestate's debts also to be just the one to the other in the division
of the goods and have given pledges in form of law namely John Sayle junior

Thirdly - She leave and bequeathed to her daughter Judy Sayle

The humble petition of Henry Sayle and John Quane both of the KK Patrick
and Thomas Cannell of Peeltown.
Sheweth: That Judith Sayle als Cannell
of Lhean Rushin in the parish of K Patrick late deceased and she departed
this life intestate on the twenty first day of November one thousand eight
hundred and five and your petitioners is therefore entitled to a right
or shares of her goods and
effects and likewise her son Philip Sayle who now resides in England
is entitled to his share alike with your petitioners and your petitioners
is therefor desirous that a decree in your court may be made in order that
your
petitioners may give in an inventory of the same.
In tender consideration thereof your petitioners therefore most humbly
prays
that your Reverence would be pleased to grant a hearing of said matter
so
soon as to your Reverence shall seem meet the granting of which will
cause
your petitioners for your Reverence happiness and felicity ever to
pray.
Ordered that the before going Petition do come on to be heard at an
Ecclesiastical Court to be holden in the court house in this parish
on
Friday next whereof all proper parties and persons are to have due
notice.

Judith Sayle als Cannell of the parish of KK Patrick having departed
this
life on or about the 21st day of the month of November last past intestate
and the court having received intelligence thereof hath decreed her

children namely Henry, Philip, Christian and Margaret Sayle
co-administrators of all and singular her goods rights credits chattels

the

I John Cannell senr Ballacarnane beg of
the parish of KK Michael being of sound mind memory and understanding and
calling to mind the uncertainty of this mortal life do make this my last
will and testament in manner and form following:
First - I recommend my soul to almighty God in the hope of a joyful
resurrection and my body to the earth.
Secondly - I leave and bequeath to my son William Cannell five pounds
British as legacy.
Thirdly - I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Cannell twenty five
pounds as legacy.
Fourthly - I leave and bequeath to my son Hugh Cannell five pounds
as legacy.
Fifthly - I leave and bequeath to my daughter Eleanor Cannell otherwise
Kaighin my woman's riding saddle.
Sixthly - I leave and bequeath to my son in law Thomas Collister my
right of the cow which he has to keep and also one of my best sheep. Seventhly
- I leave and bequeath to my grandson Thomas Cowle two lambs.
Eighthly - I leave and bequeath to the poor of the parish twenty shillings
British to be distributed according to the discretion of Vicar and Wardens
of the parish.
Lastly - I nominate constitute and appoint my son George Cannell whole
and sole executor and residuary legatee of this my last will and testament
hereby revoking all former wills and barring all claimants with two shillings
and six pence legacy. As witness my name this the 24th day of June
1826.

inventory of the goods and effects of the deceadent into the Archdeacon's
Registry when there to lawfully required. And to these ends Hugh

Corjeag als Cannell of the parish of KK Michael who being of an old
age and in a declining state of health But, of a sound mind memory and
understanding at the making the same and unwilling That any dispute should
arise amongst my children after my decease do make my last will and testament
as follows:
First I committ my soul to God and my body to christian burial.
2nd - I leave and bequeath to my grand daughter Christian Quayle two
sheep as legacy.
3rdly I leave and bequeath to my youngest daughter Ann Corjeag all
my part of what is in the house cloathing bedding or househould furniture
