Project #1 - Shelves

The shelves above the breakfast room windows were designed after shelves we saw in a restaurant on our honeymoon in New Orleans. (Wait till we get around to the courtyard in the backyard for more New Orleans inspired projects!)  Don did a great job on his first woodworking project.  DIY sold the rail pre made which made the project a lot easier.  I made the curtains.  The same curtains are in the Kitchen, Mudroom and Half bath.
