dedication Dedicated
to my buds all over, including all of my friends met through
Psyber-L, Netdynam, and the two Jung lists. Dedicated
especially to Susan and Matthew, and the Big Kahuna, Joanne,
and the two Credes. 'tis also true my closest friends here
in Cleveland are loving, patient and diligent adepts of
relationship, especially Judith, Holly and Dj Weirton and
Amadeus! The Vermont karas, most of whom live in the
beautiful and very special Addison County, remain a source
of personal inspiration for me. (Bucky, you're still my best
man!) These
pages indulgently regard some of my passions, so specific
welcome to all friends and followers of Monk, Jung, the
'Africanization of Ellington', Karl Weick and other depth
