ALS 11
ALS 11 is the
JCAA's Advanced Life Support chase vehicle. It is manned by a
paramedic 24 hours a day 7 days week. It responds to EMS calls
from Station 11 in Ranson, WV.
ALS 11 is a 1999
GMC Yukon.
ALS 11 is equipped
with BLS trauma dressings, backboard, ped-board, C-collars, suction,
oxygen, basic and advanced airway supplies, IV solutions and administration
sets, emergency medications, Lifepac 12 cardiac monitor, pulse
oximetry, Broslow Pedatric bag. It also carries flares and Sta-Dri.
