	Thermal Contrast Stimulator by Healthy Touch Technology Heat is good. Ice is good. Controlled transitions from one to the other is often much better! The Contrast Stimulator has all the convenience of a heating pad, hot pack, cold pack, and ice pack but with the added benefits of traditional, cycling, hot and cold thermal contrast therapy. It is the modern, convenient approach to hot pack and cold pack therapy.
An ancient, often used,100% natural means of reducing the symptoms of inflammation is now available through Healthy Touch Technology, L.L.C. The device is a modern, high-tech, easy to use device, called the Contrast Stimulator. The device was invented by a licensed massotherapist as a more effective, less obtrusive means of applying heat and cold to the human body. He observed that most methods currently available to apply heat or cold, although effective, were primitive, took a great deal of time and effort to apply, and usually needed an additional source to generate the heat and the cold.  The contrast stimulator uses a hand held wand with a cable attached to an electronic enclosure and produces both heat and cold through a plate on the head of the wand. The contrast stimulator has temperature readouts on the electronic enclosure that allows the operator to monitor the plate temperature as well as the approximate temperature of the body part to which the plate is making contact.  Error codes, both audible and visual, instantly display any interruption in proper operation of the device.  The temperature of the plate can be operator controlled by both manual and automatic cycle. The auto-cycle is controlled by a computer chip that uses a "ramp and soak" technology.  This is the key to successful reduction in the symptoms of inflammation.  The cycle adheres to those temperatures that research has determined to be most effective on the symptoms of inflammation. Benchtop, PC Compatible Temperature Controller The Model 5C7-195, as of 15 OCTOBER 2002, has been replaced with a more powerful version, and it now has biphase output for automatic heat and cool as needed (with thermoelectric devices) as well as the uniphase control (either heat only or cool only). Output voltage as well as temperature can be set from the front panel.

Open Frame, PC Compatible Thermoelectric Temperature Controllers  The Model 5C7-36x Series TECs are PC Compatible via straight RS232 (1 controller) or RS232/RS485 (up to 32 or more controllers on one RS232 port). Manual or auto Heat/Cool switching. These are solid state H bridge Thermoelectric (Peltier Effect) temperature controllers which will control up to 25 amperes with up to 28vdc input voltage. Many applications! Perfect for laser diode production testing. LASER DIODE PRODUCTION TESTING We can rack mount for use in production testing of ICs and laser diodes. NOTE ON THERMISTORS We can reprogram our PC compatible controllers for different thermistors.  NEW MODEL - 5C7-362 The Model 5C7-362 is the same as the 5C7-361 but it is strictly RS232 - one controller per port. NEW MODELS - 5C7-365 and 5C7-366 These are programmed for a 10K thermistor (such as the MA-100) at -25°C to 85°C. NEW MODELS - 5C7-371 and 5C7-385 These are specifically programmed for a 5 vdc sensor input. NEW MODEL - 5C7-383 These are programmed for a 2000 Ohm Platinum RTD.

Model 5C7-350 TEC (Peltier Effect) Thermoelectric Temperature Controller The Model 5C7-350 is an economical, open board temperature controller especially designed to operate with thermoelectric (Peltier effect) modules. Most of these modules may be operated in either a cooling mode or a heating mode depending on current direction. Self Contained 7.5 Amp output. No external components required. This controller is also available with a dial. The controllers are also available in both an open board construction or encapsulated on a mounting plate. Various configuration options are available for: the type of adjustments offered, packaging, available ustom temperature ranges, dial scale.
