Order your table reservations early - this event has sold out last 2 years, don't forget tickets for the family.
Please No Arm Wrestling on the hamfest comittee tables, this will only delay finding extra tables, if you can share a table with someone you will be able to set-up.

Everyone attending has a great time visiting vendor display booths to take advantage of special bargains on new equipment and locating used items that have been out of production, being able to share the visit with old friends, introduce them to new friends and enjoy the fellowship with breakfast, thanks to Tedd Mirgliotta KB8NW author of the OPDX bulletin for the breakfast idea. Your friends will be here checking out the radio equipment wondering why you aren't here to offer some advice on how well it would work with your station.

Great Prizes; MFJ wireless weather station, MFJ Alarm clock with indoor temp, 2 - MFJ Discone antennas, this does not include prizes donated by vendors and last minute aquisitions by the hamfest committee.

6 foot table cost is still 10 bux and each admission cost is still 5 bux including the FREE breakfast.
Vendors (sellers) with reservations can enter the building to set up .. starting at 6:00 AM. You will be supplied with a six foot long rectangular banquet table and chair.
Vendors supply their own table cloths, curtains, etc. It is helpful if all vendors are completely set up prior to the opening, this gives them a chance to get breakfast before the crowd arrives. Use the side rear doors which will allow you access to the hall thru the kitchen hallways, once you have unloaded please have someone move your vehicle from the mainstream.
Hamfest workers will have your name on pre-paid tables, registering in advance makes this part much smoother than sorting out the few if any left-over tables.
Wall space and electrical hook-up is available only first come first served basis, again the pre-paid concept applies. Vendors must bring their own extension cords, ALL WORKERS and VENDORS are required to purchase an admission ticket at $5 /person, these will be checked before the doors open and of course at the breakfast line also.
Forfeiture & No Shows - The Northern Ohio Amateur Radio Society has the option to forfeit any table(s) reservations made by a vendor who does not arrive by 8AM and apply monies paid towards either membership or NOARSFEST registration, see below to visit our outdoor summer Hamfest.
