June 15th, 2004: It's been a while since my last update, and I'm sad to say: that's just what it was. I DID NOT want to quit, but since the NeoNitro crew can't make a GOOD Serials update to save their life, I don't have much to base my work on. They're too busy scrambling for recognition and to make a name for themselves, they keep sorting serials into the wrong categories (anyone notice how large their Simbian OS database has been getting, lately!?). So I have decided to call it quits, since I don't want to even bother cleaning up after Neo and his new pal's mistakes. When Crispy ran the team, it was great, but ever since Neo decided he wanted to make a name for himself, that team has done nothing more than make mistakes, time and time again.
Also, I've spent a lot of time down because of the trouble with hardware - you all knew I lsot the PC database in a hardware crash, well, the hardware has been replaced and I tried to get a ghosted image on this machien when they sent it back - sure enough they did, and 4 days after it came back, a power outage during repartitioning caused severe data loss. Everything is gone, I'd have to start my databases from scratch, once again. It's all just too much work, and too sad to bother working with any more.
That said, farewell to all - and don't hesitate to fetch all the updates you can. They're still coming out, they're just getting sloppier.
You can still download the latest (all serials 1/1/2000 - 4/1/2004) S2K databsae: S2K_DB (the full database with multiple platforms). The unique PC ONLY DATABASE I had once provided is now no more. While I preferred the idea to many others, it's time has come. It's impossible to maintain with all of the NeoNitro Crew's mistakes. I appologize to the S2K users for letting such a terrible disgrace to the community come into being.
It still extracts and installs the same: extract the files from this RAR, and replace those in your Serials 2000 folder. This WILL over write all existing databases, including Linux, Pocket PC, Mac, and Palm serials!!! You
When installing my S2K Database files, your user database will remain untouched. Please do notify me if you think I'm not "up to snuff."
