Donald Neal is serving his second year as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, however he has worked with the United Way of the Virginias for more than thirty years. Mr. Neal has been active in our community serving as Chairperson of the Clinch Valley Community Action Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for Tazewell County, President of the Tazewell County Fair Association and a member of the Tazewell County Council. He has served on various committees for Tazewell County Public Schools, as President of the Tazewell County Council PTA, Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the Tazewell County Economic Development Committee.
