| Everyday, First Call/Informational and Referral Service volunteers and staff respond to questions and provide information on available programs and local needs. Designed to link those in need with the appropriate agency or organization, our local United Way program is part of the national network system AIRS - Alliance of Informational and Referral Systems - as well as both the Virginia and West Virginia state-wide First Call/I&R Centers. |
