I am a single mom and due to a divorce, training for 7 weeks without pay for a new job, then after two months hit by a drenk driver and out of work for 4 months I fell behind and my home went into foreclosure and the bank now has the property. I am DESPERATELY trying to find an Investor who will purchase the property from the bank and lease it back to me. It is a nice house. If there is any one who can help me please, please call me. Phone is 610-504-9224. Thank you so very much.

If you get a chance, read last week’s Barrons roundtable interview with Marc Faber. He was very bearish on emerging markets 7 years ago when they were peaking. He says conditions, although not perfect, have changed significantly for the better. Faber is now bullish and expecting the average emerging market to return 100% in short order. These markets are down an average 80% in dollar terms from their peaks. He also mentioned that Mark Mobius, the manager of Templeton Emerging Markets (NYSE: EMF), was expecting a bull market to result in 500% to 600% returns in these stocks. Last week this fund had a moving average crossover (50 day crossing the 200 day) which is very bullish technically. I’ve taken significant positions in several emerging market closed-end funds including EMF over the past 6 months. However, the discount to NAV is not enticing on this fund now, so I’ll be loading up the boat in several others that are selling at discounts approaching 20% (MSF, TCH and TDF are on my radar). I have turned to the Internet for help and hopefully answers. I am a single mom and due to a divorce, training for a new job for 7 weeks without pay, then after 2 months on the job I was hit by a drunk driver and out of work for 4 months without pay. After all this my house went into foreclosure and and the bank now owns it (Superior Bank FSB 1-800-451-1093 REO dept). I am trying desperately to get it back. Someone had suggested to me that I try to find an Investor who would buy the property and then lease or rent it back to me. I do not know how to do this so I'm trying the Internet. I am on a time crunch because I have until midnight on Wednesday the 23rd to get a commitment to take to the bank so I can stay in the house while the process is worked out. If you can help or know of anyone who can help please, please, please contact my attorney Mr. Glenn Goodge at 610-776-8677 and let him know the details. Please let us know if our attempt failed. Tahnk you for your time.
